Before- A paver walkway leads to the patio entrance at the side of the house, where a fire table and chaise lounges are available.
After- A new Techo-Bloc walkway leads to patio made with Techo-Bloc Blu60 pavers. The space includes new chairs, shrubs, and a seating area around a natural stone veneer fireplace.
Before- Grill is right beside the fire table and backing up to a neglected plant bed.
After- The kitchen and grill is closer to the house, and conveniently located next to the new fireplace, a Techo-Bloc wall has built-in firewood storage. The bed has been filled with bright flowers and the wall doubles as additional seating.
After- Techo-Bloc Retaining walls and seating located near outdoor kitchen and dining, adjacent to the cozy fireplace area.
After- Natural stone veneer fireplace with built-in Techo-Bloc seating attached.
